Assion-Ruffing City Hall

On November 10, 2007 the Delphi Preservation Society held a celebration marking the completion of the Assion-Ruffing City Hall Facade Restoration project. A matching funds grant of $18,375 was awarded to the Society in 2006 by the U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Services's Historic Preservation Fund administered by the Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology of the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. Grants toward the match have been received from the Carroll County Community Foundation; Carroll County REMC Operation Roundup; and the Efroymson Fund, a Central Indiana Community Foundation Fund, at the recommendation of Historic Landmark Foundation of Indiana.
